Fourth quarter estimated tax payment due for 2025 (Form 1040-ES)
Form 1040 due for 2025, or file extension (Form 4868). Q1 2026 estimated tax payment also due.
Second quarter estimated tax payment due for 2026 (Form 1040-ES)
Third quarter estimated tax payment due for 2026 (Form 1040-ES)
Extended individual tax returns due (if extension was filed in April)
Forms 1120-S and 1065 due, or file extension
Form 1120 due for calendar-year corporations, or file extension
Extended returns due (if extension was filed)
Extended returns due (if extension was filed)
Forms must be furnished to recipients
Electronically filed 1099s due to the IRS
Calendar-Year Taxpayers: These dates are for calendar-year taxpayers. If any deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is typically the next business day.
